Pancake Breakfast

Our 2022 RSM Pancake breakfast is Friday, June 24th. Let's fuel our Polar Bears before ALL CITY! Please check out the Sign Up Genius to sign up to bring food items that we'll need for the breakfast. If you signed up during the jobs sign-up period to be a morning pancake breakfast server, please report to the pool at 7:45 am to help with set up and serving until 10:15. If you signed up for the second wave of pancake breakfast servers, please report to the pool at 10:15 and expect to serve until 12:30. If you signed up for Pancake Breakfast cleanup, we would need you to be at the pool by 12:00. Please check in with Kristi Tyson when you arrive. Tie Dye T-shirts for All City

Let’s show our RSM pride at All City by wearing blue & white tie dye! Tie dye kits including bags, rubber bands, and instructions will be distributed the day before, but you need to provide your own white shirt. Take these prep kits home with you on Monday after team photos, and prepare your own shirts to tie dye on Tuesday. We need parents and caregivers on deck to help, so please plan to help your kids through the process and to clean up. Depending on your practice time, plan to stay after or come before your practice time for some tie dye fun! |

Team Photo Day

Put on your best RSM team suit and join your fellow Polar Bears for team photos! To make this event run more smoothly, we are grouping families into time slots. Please sign up here. There will be two photographers on site, so they will be able to move through each group efficiently. Siblings/buddies are welcome to be photographed together using any of the photo packages. The optional team shot will be at 9:00 am. Your Photo 360 order form has been put in your family folder (located on pool deck near rec room). Please complete the form and have it ready to hand to photographers at your chosen time slot. THERE WILL BE NO SWIM PRACTICE ON MONDAY! All swimmers will go home with a swag bag of goodies from our wonderful sponsors! |

Calling all 7/8's...it's time to get together with your RSM coaches and teammates for some bowling fun!!! Friday, June 17th, Clayton Valley Bowl (5300 Clayton Road, Concord), at 2pm. We will bowl 2 games so however long that takes is how long we will be there. I'm guessing an hour and a half. Please wear/bring socks. Please RSVP and pay $8 online through the RSVP link to register for this event. $8 includes cost for 2 games and shoes. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to check in; it can take some time! Swim-A-Thon
It's that time of year again for our annual Swim-a-Thon! If you are new to the team, please don't feel overwhelmed, the Swim-a-Thon takes place during your child's regular swim practice on June 17th. There will be volunteers present to count your child's laps. This is a great event that helps to raise funds to keep our fees low and to help support our experienced coaching staff, as well as to support a local charitable organization. Prior to the Swim-a-Thon, please have your child collect donations and record them on the attached form. It would be great if you would turn in the form and the money on the day of (June 17th).
