9/10 POLAR BEARS! Please join your fellow swimmers and coaches for some miniature golf fun, Friday, June 30 from 12:30-2:15. The first hour will be time for golfing, followed by some time in the party zone with pop-a-shot basketball, corn hole, giant jenga, etc. Please make your $10 payment through the adjacent RSVP link. Hats and sunscreen are recommended for this outdoor location! |

Swim-A-Thon
It's that time of year again for our annual Swim-a-Thon! If you are new to the team, please don't feel overwhelmed, the Swim-a-Thon takes place during your child's regular swim practice on June 30th. There will be volunteers present to count your child's laps. This is a great event that helps to raise funds to keep our fees low and to help support our experienced coaching staff, as well as to support a local charitable organization. Prior to the Swim-a-Thon, please have your child collect donations and record them on the attached form. It would be great if you would turn in the form and the money on the day of (June 30th). Walnut Creek All City Meet

This is a two day meet with 10 competing recreational teams from the City of Walnut Creek. All City brings over 1,800 swimmers and their families together to participate in a community event where every athlete has a chance to contribute to the success of his or her team. The schedule this year is the same as last year, as follows: Saturday Sunday USA Swimming rules for tech suits for 12&Under swimmers WILL be enforced this year at both All City and County swim meets. See here for more information and a list of qualifying tech suits: Parking will be available for purchase at NOON on 6/16/23 on the All City website: RSM Warm-ups will be 7:30-7:50, in Racing Lanes 1-4 and Warm-up Lanes 1-2, both days. |

Tie Dye T-shirts for All City

Let’s show our RSM pride at All City by wearing blue & white tie dye! Tie dye kits including bags, rubber bands, and instructions will be distributed the day before, but you need to provide your own white shirt. Take these prep kits home with you on Monday after team photos, and prepare your own shirts to tie dye on Tuesday. We need parents and caregivers on deck to help, so please plan to help your kids through the process and to clean up. Depending on your practice time, plan to stay after or come before your practice time for some tie dye fun! |

Put on your best RSM team suit and join your fellow Polar Bears for team photos! To make this event run more smoothly, we are grouping families into time slots. Please sign up here. There will be two photographers on site, so they will be able to move through each group efficiently. Siblings/buddies are welcome to be photographed together using any of the photo packages. The optional team shot will be at 9:00 am. Your Photo 360 order form has been put in your family folder (located on pool deck near rec room). Please complete the form and have it ready to hand to photographers at your chosen time slot. THERE WILL BE NO SWIM PRACTICE ON MONDAY! All swimmers will go home with a swag bag of goodies from our wonderful sponsors! |
