Coach Appreciation Week
Coach Appreciation Week starts Monday, July 6th. For those new to swim team, Coach Appreciation week is an opportunity to show our gratitude to our wonderful coaching staff! *Please only sign up for this job if you want to gift this to the coaches. You will coordinate with Spirit Coordinator, Laurel Baker, and other families signed up to execute purchasing the given menu. LEAD is responsible for picking up the food and delivering it to the pool. *Each family can only sign up for ONE meal during the week. Contact Laurel Baker with questions [email protected]. |

The Swim-A-thon fundraiser is Friday, July 10th! It will be held during your swimmer’s regular practice time. This fun-filled fundraiser wraps up “Bear It Week” and is a great chance for our swimmers to make a splash and make a difference. This isn’t just about laps - it’s about team spirit and giving back. ALL proceeds from the Swim-A-Thon will go directly toward exciting upgrades for our team and improvements around the club. More info to come! |

2026 Woodlands Invitational

This is a large invitational meet with preliminary events in the morning and finals after lunch. The Medley Relay, 11-18 IM, Free and Breast for all ages on Saturday and the Free Relay, 7-10 IM, Back and Fly for all ages on Sunday. The meet has limited entries per event so not all swimmers will be entered. NEW THIS YEAR: Woodlands Invitational will be a "pay to play" event. If a family wants to enter their swimmer(s) in the meet, subject to Coach Christian's approval, that family will be responsible for their swimmer's splash fee, entry fee(s), and their pro-rata share of any relay entry fee(s). The Woodlands Invitational will be following USA swimming regulations for 12 & Under Tech Suits. All attending families will need to work a job at the meet, which does not count towards regular season jobs. Check the Woodlands Invitational website for real time information including the afternoon finals program, when released. |

Spirit Week!!

Get excited for Spirit Week, July 20-24th! DCSL, Saturday July 25th and Sunday July 26th! Let’s get our Polar Bear Spirit on and gear up for the BIG League Championship Meet! Monday: Stay after practice to make a customized Polar Bear keychain to hang with pride on your swim bag. Tuesday: Make signs to be hung around the pool and along the way to Acalanes High School for the big meet! Cool Beads Ice Cream will be handed out to each swimmer after their practice! Wednesday: Wacky Wednesday! Stick around the pool to color your hair and paint your nails. (Special assignment for the 11/12 year olds: help us prep the goodie bags for our night riders after your practice!) Please come back to the pool from 5:30-7:30pm to carb-load at our Spaghetti Dinner! Thursday: Airbrush Tattoos - back by popular demand!! Special airbrush tattoo artist giving individual tattoos from 10am-1:00pm. Tattoos will be $7 each – cash and Venmo will be accepted. Also... sssshhh... special night for our 8 and under swimmers. The coaches and older swimmers will visit our younger Polar Bears to get them psyched for DCSL! Don't tell your kids! Your swimmers MUST be signed in to the DCSL meet to receive a visit. Friday: Tag your ride! We will have all the supplies for decorating cars and spreading our RSM pride around town! You swam hard all season, now it’s time to really shine!! Go Polar Bears!! |
